Climate crisis, austerity and the global working class
Tackling the climate crisis requires an organised working-class movement around the world that can both resist austerity and push for investment in green infrastructure, jobs and a just transition. This session will hear contributions from the anti-austerity movement in the UK as well as trade unionists on the frontlines of organising resistance against the neoliberal policies that are the source of climate chaos.
